In the past there have been numerous renowned visitors to Woodhill Hall , including Abel Chapman (1851 - 1929) the famous Victorian explorer, writer, naturalist and founder of the Sabi Game Reserve which developed into the Kruger National Park in South Africa.Woodhill
Evidence of Chapmans occupation remains to this day with a display of the Narwhals horn, given by him to Miss Jane Gow who he subsequently married in 1880 - he too would share the views from Woodhill - we use the Narwhal as our logo - just to show how unique Woodhill Hall really is.
